Countertop Designs gives customer service a whole new name! You not only did a beautiful job of fabricating and installing my granite — you provided extraordinary help with all the choices of floor tile, cabinet color, wall paint, and backsplash. I’ve lost count of the number of tile samples and paint chips I brought to try out next to my slabs, but each and every time Casey and/or Patty turned up next to me, ready with an opinion and helpful — often inspired — suggestions. You transformed what felt like an overwhelming project into an exciting endeavor. I am so grateful that Jim Van Tassel brought me to you. No need to hire a kitchen designer for a customer who’s fortunate enough to walk in your door!

By the time we got to remodeling my bathrooms you knew my taste so well that Casey picked out 2 lovely remnants that were perfect for our vanities and our budget. Once again your guidance in selecting all the materials and colors to surround these gorgeous countertops was invaluable.

I am thrilled with my 3 new rooms, thanks to you. I never would have thought that walking into my kitchen each morning could be such an uplifting experience!

My kitchen counter top project was finished with out any inconveniences. Your crew did exactly as you said they would in the most efficient, professional and tidy way possible. Well, you guessed it. I am completely, totally satisfied with my gorgeous kitchen. It was a delight dealing with you and your entire staff. The entire project went without a hitch. The crew arrived exactly when you said they would. They cleaned up as the demolition proceeded, measured, went away and one day later they arrived with custom cut granite. It was installed perfectly.
